The Covid Pandemic! Or at least this is what brings the subject to the fore! By law we are required to ensure a safe workplace! Unlike normal workplaces, we are visitors to your home. And while we are there we need your agreement to comply with our policies and practices to ensure that safe workplace. In order to do that we use the IT (information technology) to manage that process. Hence this page!

We have terms and conditions that we ask you the customer to agree to before attending your home! If we can’t get those agreements in place, then we accept you might be better searching for an appliance repairer who doesn’t take these matters seriously.

Besides the now normal requirements of social distancing, wearing masks and letting us know before attending your home if anyone has symptoms or is isolating; we take this opportunity to discuss other issues that help us to conduct the appliance repair in a professional and efficient manner.

This is a booking, not a schedule conformation - a schedule confirmation will be provided within 8 hours. Please call asap if you have not received this!

For those who look after Real Estate Properties or are Property Owners or use their domestic ovens for commercial purposes, please use the form below to submit your online booking requirements.

Why do we require bookings to be done online, simple really, we are engaged by the party that makes the booking. And as such we only take instruction from that party. Property Owners and Tenants have very different agendas. As the property owner your interested in a cost effective repair. The Tenant however, wants the oven to meet their expectations (reasonable or not) and not to disrupt their daily lives with the inconvenience of needed repairs.

Hence the need for written documentation so we don't undertake work other than the work specified. This is why we don't communicate with the tenant via the phone.

Please Note*

Payment must be made upon completion of the work done.
Our technician will charge wait time per 15 minutes until payment is successfully made. So please ensure you car contactable and that your payment method can be done upon completion.
We carry an Eftpos machine so you can pay over the phone using Visa or MasterCard by providing your card number and expiry date.
If the tenant/representative is not in attendance during the time/date of the booking, a no one home charge will apply.
Bookings must only be made by the person responsible for payment.
Once an appointment time has been received, we will provide an email/sms to both the Owner/Manager and tenant/representative.
If you don’t receive this confirmation then the booking arrangement has not been completed.

Statistically speaking Rental Properties represent the highest proportion of all missed appointments and problem payment arrangements. So in order to avoid these problems we have tried to implement systems that help to avoid these issues. Please make sure you provide a method to email/sms the Tenant so that all arrangements can be done in writing.

Note*

We carry a selection of spares for the most common faults and should our technician not have the required parts on board, there is no additional Service Call Out Charge for the return visit. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing, and when applicable are conditional upon all accounts and payments being in order and fully settled as per our trading terms. All postponements or cancellations must be submitted 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to do so in a timely manner may incur cancellation charges.
