He asked for a photo the took us through the steps necessary to get it back on for a modest fee. Great service .

I contacted Adelaide Oven Repairs late last week, requesting a service to replace my oven door hinges and repair a low-hanging element. I then booked online for Monday or Tuesday and received a confirmation text later that day for Monday. Paul called me 45 minutes before arrival and then fixed both issues for a price I was happy with. I was dubious of setting up a repair call on line. But, I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email from Paul saying he was available to call on my first option day and time request.
Not only that, he actually rang to say he was going to be in the area earlier if we were available.
He was efficient, had the items required to repair my oven, replaced a couple of broken globes, which were not in the initial request, and did not waste time, his or ours. He knew what he was doing and he did it quickly and methodically.

Paul is a great tradesman. He has always been able to repair my Smeg oven and had all the parts in his van (so no waiting for parts). He is upfront and honest about his charges and the cost of any parts needed. I highly recommend him.

We were able to get our oven repaired within 24 hours of it failing. Peter had the parts on hand to repair our gas oven in one visit and gave some very useful advice on the oven and cook top as well. The name of this business says it all. There is also a LOT of information on the website. Paul is the proprietor and he walks the talk. I picked him because of the good Google reviews and his effort in responding to them. Nearly every job is priced under a fixed-cost schedule which is on the website. My oven was fixed quickly and without any monkey business around costs or work done. Fixed cost means the job will not be cheap but neither will it be a rip-off. It is an incentive to get the job done efficiently and quickly. And that's what happens. My oven is not a common type, and it was dead, Paul quickly diagnosed the problem as a "Overheat Thermostat" which he was able to immediately replace. The job took him about half an hour. There is no way a non-specialist would have such a non-standard part on hand, and be able to do the job in anything like a similar time-frame. it feels good when you know you are getting what you pay for.

LaGermania freestanding cooker. I use my oven and cook top pretty much everyday and it has 'blown up' a few times.
