We only fit parts supplied by us! You will be charged the total fixed price even if we do fit your part!

Two or more parts required
Each fixed price is made up an aggregate calculation (part, service call, labour, warranty etc. For each additional fixed price charged, deduct $80.00.

Two or more faults (disclosed/undisclosed)
• Disclosed Faults (Listed in Booking): If you select two or more faults in your booking form, our fixed prices apply per fault, with a $80 deduction for each additional part replacement. This covers the aggregate costs (part, service call, labour, warranty). Where we can we'll confirm parts availability and time allocation upfront to minimise delays or return visits.

• Undisclosed Faults (Discovered On-Site): Faults not listed in your booking are not included in the fixed price. If found, the technician will provide a quote (e.g., a 15 minute labour rate fault finding fee may apply for re-diagnosis, plus repair costs). If parts aren't in the van or extra time is needed, a return visit ($100 service call) may be required. We encourage listing all known issues in booking to avoid this. Full disclosure helps us prepare and keeps your job on schedule!

• Interrelated or Complex Faults: Multiple faults often correlate with oven condition (e.g., earth faults in particular). If knock-on effects arise, the 15 minute labour rate will apply per extra fault to help cover uncontrollable time impacts. Where possible the technician will quote these, to help minimise surprises.

• Requesting Additional Checks: Our fixed-price service covers only listed faults. If you request a full oven inspection after the initial repair, the 15 minute labour rate will apply.

Travel Outside Service Area
* 5Km outside our service area is an additional travel charge of $70 plus GST

* 10Km outside our service area is an additional travel charge of $80 plus GST

Any Parking costs incurred are on your behalf and passed on at cost. If parking is not available please inform us by sending an email asap.

We appreciate it if you can have your pets outside or in a secure space during the repair work.
If your dual fuel stove requires disconnection from the gas connection in order to access the rear of the appliance, a gas fitter will be required to attend to this before we can complete the job.
