Many homeowners are unaware they are as responsible to ensure an Electrical Certificate of Compliance (ECC) is obtained when work is carried out on their electrical infrastructure! The snippet below is a copy from the back of the ECC of the information provided by the Office of the Technical Regulator!
And Remember!
An Electrical Workers Registration is not the same as an Electrical Contractor’s License! Which means you need both the workers registration number that carried out the work and the Employer’s Contracting License number to have a valid ECC.
